  • Ban the booze. Alcohol is notorious for dehydrating the body, which will only lead to greater water retention.
  • Veg Out. Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables. Not only do they have high water content, but they're also packed with fibre. Eating foods full of fibre will make you feel full up longer.
